2025 Florida Legislative Session reaches Sine Dei
The 2025 Florida Legislative Session have come to Sine Dei, or the end of the session. All non-budgetary legislative activity has ended and any bills not passed are considered “dead” and will need to be refiled next year for consideration. (Of note the Florida Legislators will be returning to Tallahassee to complete a 2026 Budget which is mandatory by the Florida Constitution.
