Make them hear you! Opportunities to meet with your legislators!
Each County of Florida holds Legislative Delegation meetings. The open forum meetings are held to allow legislators to hear from their constituents about what issues are priorities for their community. These meetings are also an opportunity for legislators to share their thoughts on what the coming legislative session in Florida might look at.
These meetings are where issues such as health care, education, infrastructure, law enforcement, and other community issues are discussed.
These Legislative District meetings are an excellent opportunity for you to share your thoughts on Advanced Practice Registered Nurses with your elected officials. It is also a chance to educate other activists from other fields about the importance of removing wasteful regulations limiting the practice of APRNs.
Below is a list of scheduled Delegation Meetings for the Florida 2020 legislative session. As more become available we will share them in our newsletter!
