Due September 13: Calling all APRNs in Maryland and Virginia
American Nurses Association (ANA) along with American Association of Nurse Practitioners, (AANP), American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) and American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) are working on a press conference to introduce legislation that would eliminate barriers for patients with Medicare seeing APRNs. This press conference will be held on September 13, 2022, at 2:00 pm EST at the House Triangle located north of Independence Avenue SE and New Jersey Avenue SE on the House side of the U.S. Capitol’s East Front. Come join Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard, Dr. Grant, and the presidents of AANA, AANP, CEO of ACNM and your other colleagues in white coats and scrubs to show your support.
